Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to provide the service. Failure to provide such data will prevent us from delivering the intermediation service.

Your personal data will be shared with a single real estate agent, selected by Exclusify based on their specialisation in the area and property type you indicated in the form. This transfer is the core purpose of the service and is carried out with your prior and explicit consent.

The receiving agent acts as an independent data controller from the moment of the transfer and is obliged to process your data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Spanish data protection legislation.

Exclusify does not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to any other third party, nor does it use your data for its own or third-party advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage your request and, once the relationship has ended, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. You may request the deletion of your data at any time as described in the rights section below.

Exclusify does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Should we use technology service providers located outside the EEA in the future, we will ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

You have the right to exercise, at any time and free of charge, the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.

Exclusify applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, in order to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

Exclusify reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative, case law or business practice changes. In the event of material changes, we will notify you prominently on the website.
